How to get rid of stress?

Here again, I have Advice on how to get rid of stress and anxiety.

To my dears Ladies and Women of success understand that I have devotion and love for you.

The approach I will Take from here requires a bit of explanation and is not the scientific way of seen things.

Anxiety

" a mental condition characterized by excessive apprehensiveness about real or perceived threats, typically leading to avoidance behaviors and often to physical symptoms such as increased heart rate and muscle tension ".

" Intense, excessive, and persistent worry and fear about everyday situations. Fast heart rate, rapid breathing, sweating, and feeling tired may occur".

" an emotion characterized by feelings of tension, worried thoughts, and physical changes like increased blood pressure. People with anxiety disorders usually have recurring intrusive thoughts or concerns. They may avoid certain situations out of worry ".

Social and conventional solution or treatment 

" Physical activity, a healthy diet, regular sleep, and relaxation exercises may all help reduce anxiety. Joining a support group may also help. To manage symptoms effectively, it's best to avoid caffeine, alcohol, and nicotine".

Stress

a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or very demanding circumstances ".

the body's response to physical, mental, or emotional pressure. Stress causes chemical changes in the body that can raise blood pressure, heart rate, and blood sugar levels. It may also lead to feelings of frustration, anxiety, anger, or depression ".

" Stress is a feeling of emotional or physical tension. It can come from any event or thought that makes you feel frustrated, angry, or nervous. Stress is your body's reaction to a challenge or demand. In short bursts, stress can be positive, such as when it helps you avoid danger or meet a deadline".

Treatment

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) 

CBT may be used on either a short-term or long-term basis. This can make it suitable for helping to treat chronic mental health conditions, as well as helping you get through traumatic events and other causes of acute stress."

Ladies,  above is explained the way a society or conventional, tradicional or schools of thought understand stress and anxiety.

Following I will Explain stress and anxiety according to spiritual philosophy.

Anxiety and Stress According to Spiritual Philosophy 

According to the ancient school of thought or philosophy to understand anxiety and stress we have to understand Human Mind and Its structure.

Mind

Know that the mind " is formed by the concentration of the subtle portion of the food we eat; it grows with PASSIONS such as Attachment and Aversions, Desire and Anger; being the AGGREGATE of Mind, intellect, Memory and Ego and Thought.

Knowledge

The adjunct of individual soul-MIND- thinking of one object, it transforms itself into a mode, and along with the knowledge that is the brain, it flows through the five senses, gets joined to objects by the brain, and thus knows and experiences objects and gains satisfaction. The Mind itself is of the form of all- soul, God and the world. All phenomena consisting of names and forms are of the nature of MIND alone.

My sister's listen to me You need no Doctor, no medicine no treatment if you understand the nature of MIND. MIND is everything.

Modification Of the MIND 

Spiritual Philosophy say that we have to understand what is INSTRUMENT and ORGAN. The sense organs are the Instruments and the Nerve centers are the Organs. We need the brain and the agency of the Mind. 

To say you see something you need the instrument, the organ, the brain and the Mind.

There is big difference between the EYES and the organ of vision. Eyes itself do not see. The vision is located within the organ of vision. Eyes do not have vision.

A blind person have eyes but not vision.

Let me tell you ladies of wisdom Anxiety and Stress are Modification of the Mind Only.

Understand the Mind. You will need no Doctor, no medicine and no treatment. You will be in command of your own Mind and self.

Structure of Mind

Beyond the senses there are objects, beyond the objects there is Mind, beyond the mind there is intellect, PEACE is beyond the intellect. Beyond the Peace there is unmanifest field, beyond the unmanifest there is BLISS.

Instruments of knowledge 

Sense organs are instrument of knowledge attached or together with mind.

Inquiry

If you ask yourself  WHO AM I anytime you feel anxious or stressed- WHO AM I- Is a thought- You have a thought I AM STRESSED OR ANXIOUS- the thought who am i will kill the thought I AM STRESSED OR ANXIOUS.

To kill any negative thought in your mind ask 100 times the thought WHO AM I.

You will be free and happy.

 Breath

Anytime you feel anxious or stressed put all your focus or attention to your breath, observe your inhalation and exhalation and the air circulation.
